CYQ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (gym);
CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, including nutrition and diet planning; circuit instruction, group indoor (spin) cycling, personal training outdoors (boot camp);
Instructor in Exercise Referral for Specific Controlled Conditions (including obesity, asthma, diabetics, simple back aches, high blood pressure, depression);
Level 3 instructor for designing safe exercise programme for pre-post natal women;
Certified Boxercise and KickBoxercise instructor (1-2-1 boxing to loose fat and tone the muscles);
UK Royal Life Saving Society national pool lifeguard qualification (including first aid);
UK FA (Football Association) level 1 coaching football;
