Packages (payable monthly in advance):
Packages must be used within 4 weeks of the initial session (packages can be extended for up to two weeks, only with a valid reason agreed with the trainer).
Online sessions available depends on the location from 10:30 am UK and Europe time and 6 am US (East coast) and Canada time.

Pay as you go: £45 / 55$ per hour per person for 1-2-1 single session personal fitness training
Fitness assessment and postural analysis £45 (will help you to know your fitness level strengths and weaknesses)
8 express 30-minute personal training for £200, which is £25 per session (quick and easy to fit into your timetables)
Exercise programme £45 ( for those who want to have a prescribed exercise programme according to their fitness to follow and are motivated enough to push themselves)
30 minutes of 1-2-1 Boxing £25 per session (to lose weight, tone the muscles, and build confidence)
20% discount for groups of two or more.
Twenty-four hours’ notice is required for cancellations to allow time for me to book another client; otherwise, the full session will be charged.
